Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to work Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 and every other Saturday until 12:00.
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in customer care, whether that be through sales, retail background, account management, or hospitality.
The applicant must be reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to go that extra mile! This is a newly-created role.
You will be trained and supported by other long-term individuals within the business.
Responsibilities of the role will include after training:
1. Dealing confidently with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, handling enquiries and quotations.
2. Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with all around you.
3. Handling referrals, inbound enquiries and ensuring you maximise customer spend by doing what's right for the customer but mentioning add-ons.
4. Working on commercial projects as a team.
Role requirements:

2. We are looking for someone with a real "can-do" attitude; we will give you all the training and development you require.
3. Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability to up-sell or cross-sell.

Workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications will be provided.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, and every other Saturday morning until 12:00.
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000.
