MediCom Solutions, a growing medical compliance consultancy in Watford, seeks a highly organised and proactive operations coordinator to support the director, ensure smooth operations, and help with business growth. This role involves managing communications, overseeing office efficiency, and a willingness to contribute to company growth. A background or interest in science is highly desirable. A strong ability to multitask and implement systems is required. Candidate must be a strong self-motivated problem solver in this small but growing company.
Key Responsibilities (not limited)
* Office Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, emails, and schedules.
* Operational Management: Maintain filing systems, including SharePoint, and streamline processes. Help implement company policies and procedures. Support hiring.
* Administration: Handle invoicing, timesheets, and payments accurately. Use accounting software.
* Social Media: Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, create content, schedule posts, and track engagement.
* Content Creation: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and manage data in Excel.
* General Office Support: Liaise with service providers and maintain a well-organised workspace.
Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Very proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
* Experience managing LinkedIn/Twitter, professional social media accounts.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach, good at problem solving.
* Background or interest in science or compliance is useful.
