Main duties of the job
Develop and implement tailored treatment plansbased on evidence-based practices, ensuring patient understanding andcompliance.
Act as a key worker in rehabilitation,coordinating complex discharge planning and facilitating goal-setting meetings.
Provide specialised physiotherapy care forinpatients
Maintain accurate records of treatment and care,ensuring compliance with professional standards.
