Your new role
As part of the existing team you will be responsible for:
* Assessing credit risk and set appropriate credit limits
* Establishing terms and conditions
* Liaise with debtors to ensure timely account settlements and build strong relationships
* Proactively manage overdue accounts and implement debt recovery procedures
* Handle credit insurance and report overdue debts promptly
* Maintain accurate records and ensure easy document retrieval
* Collaborate with all departments to resolve customer queries and regularly communicate account status
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you should have at least one year of proven experience in an accounts environment, strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work to and meet deadlines. Excellent accuracy, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
