Housing Officer
12 month fixed-term contract
30 hours per week
£36,157 per annum pro-rata (£30,992 for 30 hours)
Poole based with hybrid working
This is a generic housing officer role covering all aspects of housing management to rented units and leasehold properties in Bournemouth and Poole.
You will be responsible for:
1. Letting of properties
2. Dealing with rent arrears in line with policies and procedures
3. Managing ASB complaints
4. Managing service contracts
5. Carrying out regular estate inspections
In order to carry out your duties, you will need to:
1. Be a car driver with access to your own vehicle for work
2. Have previous experience of housing management in a Social Housing setting
3. Be able to start work in mid March
