Are you looking to take on a Behaviour Mentor Position?
We are looking for a nurturing and passionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join one of our leading SEN schools in South East London. You will be delivering the best support to students aged 11-15. We require you to have strong Autism experience as most of the students have mild SEN and are high functioning. The key aspect of this role is adhering to behaviour de-escalation methods and promoting positive reinforcement strategies.

Behaviour Mentor | Job Details:
* Start Date: September 2024
* Location: Greenwich, South East London
* Contract: Long Term
* Hours: 09:00 - 15:00

* Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD.
* Working in the inclusion unit within a mainstream school.
* Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.

* Proven experience in a behaviour mentor, counselling, or similar role within an educational setting.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
