Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals living in our extra care scheme in Quinton. The role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of residents, and delivering high-quality care services. Duties:
* Providing personal care assistance to individuals in their homes, within the scheme.
* Administering medication following prescribed guidelines.
* Assisting with mobility, including heavy lifting when required.
* Delivering person-centred care with empathy and respect.
* Supporting residents with dementia care needs.
* Monitoring and reporting on residents' health status.
Skills:
* Experience in home care or nursing home settings.
* Ability to provide person-centred care with compassion and empathy.
* Good communication skills.
* Trustworthy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
