This is a client-facing leadership role that blends hands-on delivery oversight with strategic project management. You'll be accountable for ensuring alignment between delivery teams, business objectives, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of pro jects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met. Act as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters, maintaining strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal and external teams across Alchemy and client environments. Mitigate risks and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams. Ensure projects adhere to Alchemy's high standards for governance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Proactively identify delivery challenges and drive resolutions. Manage relationships and workstreams with the business, key stakeholders, management and 3rd party suppliers. Mentor junior project managers and support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Requirements: Experience within delivery and project management experience in digital software transformations / implementations within Insurance Sector. Strong understanding of insurance systems, processes, and business models. Familiarity with SaaS solutions, cloud-based platforms, and third-party integrations. Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Experienced in managing diverse stakeholder groups across multiple geographies.
