Role: Branch Manager
Location: Harlow
Days and Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, every other Saturday. 7:30am-4:30pm

The role of a Branch Manager:
1. Leads the branch team to provide excellent customer service.
2. Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
3. Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
4. Ensure health and safety compliance.
5. Lead by example.
6. Lead the branch team to achieve branchperformance targets.
7. Has mentoring and coaching skills to bring the best out of your team.
Our ideal Branch Manager:
8. Will be a strong leader with sound commercial awareness.
9. Will be decisive.
10. Will have a friendly, welcoming attitude and have energy and passion that is required to deliver what our customers require.
11. Must have a full valid driving license. A forklift truck license would be preferable but if not, training will be provided.
12. Good organisational skills and be IT literate.
13. Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential as the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of this experience. Full training will be provided
