Property Operations ManagerThe Birmingham portfolio is at the heart of our work with urban communities within the second largest city in the UK, working closely with our Urban Programme Team. From one of our smallest properties at the Back to Backs with its innovative approaches to programming; to the Clent Hills, the fantastic green lung which is one of the key recreational spaces for the City and an important place for nature. The portfolio is at the forefront of many aspects of the Trust's new strategy, led by a brilliant team of staff and volunteers. You’ll work collaboratively with your colleagues – particularly those in visitor experience, programming, facilities and countryside – to run the visitor operations here. Together, you’ll be making sure that every visitor has what they need to have their best possible day, as well as the chance to discover the work of the Trust for themselves.You’ll help your team with their priorities and the confidence to achieve their goals, providing them with the care, resources and direction they need to succeed.In your position in the leadership team, you’ll be involved in supporting the strategic direction of the whole portfolio. From time to time, you will stand in for the General Manager to run the place or attend external partner meetings in their absence.
