Role: Aseptic Pharmacy Assistant Banding: Band 3 Location: Liverpool Working Pattern: Full-time, or Part time Rate: £13 - £15 per hour About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is looking seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 3 Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medication in our dispensary, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of aseptic products, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines and protocols. Support the pharmacy team in the dispensing and distribution of medications. Maintain accurate records and manage inventory. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Holds the NVQ Level 2 in pharmaceutical services. Previous experience in an acute hospital setting Experience in dispensing medication in a dispensary setting Proficiency in using CMM/JAC systems Excellent communication skills Prior NHS experience (desirable). Desirable: Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to work under pressure.
