Key Responsibilities: Documentation: Oversee and maintain a well-organised archive of IT documents, including user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. Inventory Management: Take charge of tracking IT assets, from hardware to software, ensuring everything is accounted for and available when needed. Procurement: Help manage the procurement process for IT resources, obtaining quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries to ensure the team has what they need. User Support: Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT issues and providing support with software installations. Project Assistance: Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are consistently met. Skills Required: Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to work seamlessly with teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Previous experience in an administrative or IT support role would be an advantage.
