Clinical Deputy Manager - 44 Hours over 7 days - £48,000 per annum
Currently, we are looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager for one of our clients' care homes in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will undertake duties related to the daily delivery of personal care and support to the people who use our services with agreed programmes of care under the guidance of senior staff.
Ideally, you will be a Qualified RGN/RMN Nurse with an active PIN or equivalent, with experience in the administration of medication and staff supervision, while demonstrating excellent communication and organisational skills working as part of a care team.

The successful candidate will ideally be a Qualified Nurse, taking responsibility for the following:
* Assist the care home manager in maintaining the smooth running of the care home and the general well-being of service users and staff alike
* Ensure the highest standard of care is provided via continuous supervision of staff and that all group policies, procedures, and legal requirements are adhered to at all times
* Assess the needs of service users and subsequently monitor the planning and ongoing evaluation of care
* Monitor care plan documentation and undertake weekly reviews to ensure best practice and any necessary adjustments to care plans have been made
* Maintain effective communication with service users, relatives, staff members, business management, directors, and any other concerned bodies
* Effectively manage recruitment, staff levels, hours, absence, appraisals, training plans, etc.
* Ensure compliance with the care inspectorate regulatory requirements
Additionally, you will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:
* A specialism in providing person-centred care for the elderly and those diagnosed with dementia
* A continued motivation to work with vulnerable people and the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships, including personal boundaries, with the people you support
* Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and the ability to lead a team to deliver a high-quality care environment
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and make independent decisions when required
* Excellent interpersonal skills, caring, considerate, punctual, reliable, honest, and hard-working
* Clear and concise communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
