C-Screens was established in 2014 with the main aim to help agencies and advertisers extend their linear TV campaigns into live outdoor AV environments delivering premium content. C-Screens prides itself on working with a range of different events, sites, landowners, venues & rights holders to deliver a fantastic customer experience to their visitors, through sport, films and entertainment.
The Role
The National Events Manager is a critical role within the Landowner team, working closely with the Head of Department and Operations Manager ensuring all events are executed successfully. This role has a strong focus on attention to detail, organisation, and adherence to event briefs and contractual agreements. It is essential that this position supports the wider Landowner team with efficient logistical planning, collaborating with Sales, Ad Ops, and Operations to drive growth in this sector. Always thinking ahead, the National Events Manager is proactive in assessing what is next to enhance event execution. From events across London, the Midlands, and nationwide, the position is hands-on—both on-site and behind the scenes—ensuring seamless screen builds and event operations.
Duties
* To lead on the planning of C-Screens events Nationwide, showcasing the most premium sports, events and ads, this includes working with the Sales department with onsite sponsorship execution.
* Identify and present new event opportunities to the wider team for potential growth and expansion.
* Ensure all sponsorship branding is executed seamlessly with a polished and professional appearance.
* Remain up to date with all current events, industry news and liaise with stakeholders to deliver and report on potential campaigns.
* Point-of-contact for any ad-hoc requests from landowners while onsite, check in with the team regularly with live updates. This includes screen build issues or challenges, being proactive in high pressure moments.
* Point of contact for screen build suppliers, artwork delivery deadlines, access points, Public Liability Certificate and Risk Assessment Method Statement.
* Assist with pre, live and post-event management logistics including screen build/de-rig days, client entertainment, marketing & PR assignments.
* Assist with the logistics for any client activation or experiential events that occur at a particular site during C-Screens events ensuring the landowner is satisfied.
* Work closely with Operations Manager and Tech team ensuring all deliverables have been met.
* Keep event folders up to date with important event/ brief information, continuously keeping the team in the loop.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently liaise with different teams internally and externally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines, including willingness to work on out-of-hours projects.
* An innovative team-player who can be flexible, work collaboratively and be accountable.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative to execute different tasks effectively. The position must work well under pressure and remain calm within the live event environment.

* A good understanding of the commercial sports landscape, sporting events calendar and broadcaster rights.

Education & Qualifications
* Educated to Degree level in Events Management, Operations or similar field.
* Experience in account management within a media/partnership’s role.
* High-level Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Skills, and a confidence to present internally and externally.
* Good numeracy skills and comfortable managing financial obligations of the role.
