We are seeking a Senior ICT Support Officer (with an interest in ePMA - Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration) but also contributing to the broader Clinical Systems Portfolio. This full-time role offers a unique chance to work closely with clinical colleagues and alongside the offices of the CCIO (Chief Clinical Information Officer) and CNIO (Chief Nursing Information Officer), driving innovation in healthcare delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to:
1. Play a pivotal role in implementing, supporting, and optimising the clinical applications we have in BCU.
2. Provide valuable support across the clinical systems portfolio, ensuring that technology meets the evolving needs of our clinical teams and patients.
3. Provide floor walking, training, and hands-on support, which will be integral to your role as you assist clinical staff in using IT solutions effectively.
This is an ideal role for individuals with an interest in ICT or healthcare, particularly those with patient care experience looking to expand their career into technology. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for career development.

* Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
* Evidence of Continual Professional Development.
* Possesses a good working knowledge of multiple systems and hardware platforms gained by experience and training.
