We’re already a successful college, but we’re continually striving to be better and do better - be part of our story In the role of Lecturer in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy, you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront (with the ability to travel to other sites as required) and your focus will be on delivering the Hairdressing and Barbering curriculum to a wide range of learners. Your key responsibilities will be planning and delivering lessons, monitoring learners’ progress, and working with the department to ensure continuous improvement. Ideally, you’ll have a L3 or higher qualification in Hairdressing, Barbering or Beauty Therapy, or be able to prove equivalent ability, as well as demonstrable experience in industry. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively and engage with young people, as well as demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
