Job Description
* Support HR department with administrative duties
* Help in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
* Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
* Compile and update employee records for future references
* Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks and issuing employment contracts
* Participate in HR projects, like help in organising staff training sessions and workshops
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* Strong administrative skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of labour laws
* Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
* A degree in Human Resources or related field
