Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator Location: Deeside Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (salary increase annually) + £200 on call allowance a month Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 in office (on call once a month/ every 4/5 weeks)

They are looking to bring on a Facilities Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the facilities helpdesk team.
Your role:
* Liaising with clients' enquiries for repairs and reactive maintenance via CAFM systems.
* Using CAFM systems.
* Scheduling of planned maintenance.
* Manage contractors via CAFM and phone.
* Regularly holding meetings with directors and clients.
