If you have a passion for technology, problem-solving, and operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing and optimizing key internal software systems, including E-Commerce, CRM, and telephony platforms. • Liaising with third-party software providers to enhance performance and troubleshoot issues. • Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees from a technology perspective, ensuring all equipment and software is fully operational from day one. • Supporting the Marketing and HR teams in maintaining the company website, internal reporting, and staff training resources. • Ensuring seamless integration and performance of key platforms such as Reapit, DocuSign, and 8x8. • Working closely with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and support business growth. • Helping to develop and maintain online training guides and appraisal documents used across the company. What We’re Looking For: • A confident and professional individual with a methodical and analytical mindset. • Basic understanding of IT, software systems, and digital marketing platforms. • Previous experience in a project management or operational support role. • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and practical approach. • Ability to engage and liaise confidently with third-party providers. • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize a busy workload. • Forward-thinking, particularly in IT solutions and app-based technologies. • Property sector experience is advantageous but not essential. Location & Flexibility: The role is based at my client’s Head Office near Chelmsford, Essex. Once the initial probationary period is successfully completed, a hybrid work model will be available. Occasional travel to other branches or supplier locations may be required.
