This role is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Manager to join an expanding Care provider dedicated to those with a variety of medical conditions. As the registered manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the Domiciliary service, ensuring that the care provision continues to act in compliance with relevant legislations. Working in partnership, and leading a team, you will ensure the provision of a high- quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities are met, in accordance with available resources and guidelines. if you can demonstrate experience and professional skills of working to a high management standard that enables a care service to meet or exceed the CQC standards, then you could be the perfect candidate for this Registered Manager role. Registered Manager Responsibilities The role of a Registered Manager is an exciting and rewarding one. My client supports vulnerable adults of all ages, with many varying medical conditions across London, and wishes to expand further across London and beyond, meaning there is great prospects of progression. The ideal candidate for this role will be business-minded and will have strong management capabilities, plus the determination and passion to manage a growing Care provision. The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position will have excellent interpersonal skills and management experience in a similar setting for a minimum of 3 years. Health and social care and support experience is required. What do I need to be a Registered Manager? To work as a Registered Manager, the most important qualities (as well as kindness and patience) are excellent leadership and management skills, strong team building capabilities and the passion to drive a workforce towards excellence. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role Registered manager role is required for this position, as well as an advanced understanding of person-centred care and the CQC standards expected of a registered provider. This includes knowledge and a robust understanding of all Health and Social Care related Acts. The essential requirements for the role are: A minimum of 3 years experience of working to a high-level management standard in a similar role that enables the business to meet or exceed CQC standards. Strong experience of working with KPIs and compliance performance requirements, and the ability to lead KPI meetings. Strong experience of handling investigations, disciplinaries and safeguarding Advanced knowledge of person-centred care, CQC standards and all supporting Health and Social care related Acts, as expected of a registered provider. Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership or equivalent Strong strategic and organisational skills. Strong commercial awareness and ability to liaise with external companies. Additional experience of working in partnership with local authorities Experience working in a similar Health and Social Care setting.
