My client's well-established care home in Banstead, Surrey, is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to join their team and make a real difference in the lives of their residents and staff.
The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, ensuring high-quality care, a positive working environment, and compliance with all CQC regulations. This is a 40-hour-per-week role, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of success or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up and take on this leadership challenge.
Essential Requirements
1. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in dementia care.
3. Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations with a history of achieving good or outstanding ratings.
4. Proven ability to foster a positive staffing culture and manage conflict effectively.
5. Longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and dedication.
6. Experience in leading and developing staff teams to deliver excellent care.
