About the role:
*Part time hours per week, 10 month maternity cover position* As Resourcing Co-ordinator, you will be a part of the wider Resourcing team to support and drive our recruitment process across the Societies Trading Groups.
Working with the Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and obtaining the highest quality talent for our Society in a cost effective and timely period.
You will have an essential role in delivering the best candidate experience and recruitment journey. Conducting candidate searches to match CVs to suitable job descriptions and supporting the recruitment process through to the candidate offer.
As a Resourcing Co-ordinator you will:
- Advertise vacancies on our careers website and job boards to ensure our vacancies are current and gaining maximum market exposure.
- Manage the flow of initial applications submitted to ensure candidates skills match those required for the role
- Support hiring managers with reviewing and shortlisting applications for hard to fill roles, whilst managing and supporting the recruitment process through to offer.
- Conduct candidate searches utilising the recruitment talent pool to match CVs to suitable job roles as per the vacancies log.
- Be prepared to work to agreed budgets and targets and be commercially aware of the impact recruitment activities have on the Societies performance overall.

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.
