With a strong focus on social and emotional development, the school offers: Personalised timetables designed to meet individual needs Small group and one-to-one learning environments A variety of enrichment activities that foster engagement and growth A supportive work culture, including an employee wellbeing programme About the role: As an Outreach Tutor, you will: Deliver one-to-one and small group learning sessions, both at the school and at outreach settings Support students in their academic progress and personal development, fostering resilience and life skills Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational activities that meet each student’s unique needs Collaborate with staff across the school’s multiple sites and outreach centres Help create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every student can thrive About you: We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people Remains calm, empathetic and professional, even in challenging situations Has prior experience working with individuals with additional needs Holds a valid drivers licence, has at least 2 years of driving experience and owns a vehicle with business insurance (or willing to obtain it) Brings a good sense of humour, flexibility and positive attitude to the role Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
