The Role:
Are you a skilled programme manager with a passion for driving transformation? We're looking for a skilled Programme Manager to join our Wellness Solutions function. In this role, you will lead and deliver high-impact transformation projects, ensuring they meet both timeline and financial targets. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning teams and managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement to achieve programme success. By owning the integrated programme plan and guiding decision-making, you will directly influence the execution of key transformation initiatives that support Holland & Barrett's growth and market presence.
As Programme Manager, you'll work closely with Leadership Teams to enable cross-functional collaboration, keeping senior leadership informed and aligned. You will champion the H&B Way of Change, fostering a culture of excellence, strategic problem-solving, and continuous improvement throughout the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage strategic transformation programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and track programme success.
* Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan, ensuring all milestones and risks are managed.
* Communicate scope, timeline, and budget changes, ensuring clarity across all levels.
* Chair programme review meetings and facilitate senior leadership reporting.
* Mentor Project Managers, driving excellence in programme management.
* Foster collaboration across departments to ensure programme success.
* Manage early risk identification and proactively address challenges.
Location:
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance twice a week. If based in London, you'll need to visit Nuneaton once a fortnight, and vice versa. While the role offers hybrid flexibility, regular in-person presence at both locations is essential to foster collaboration across teams.
The Person:
* Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience applying them to drive transformation.
* Successful track record in leading transformation programmes, from strategic planning to stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
* Experience working within a large global, matrix organisation.
* Expertise in managing complex projects with dependencies, budgets, and critical deadlines, ensuring resource efficiency and strategic objective achievement.
* Ability to lead effectively in dynamic environments with shifting priorities, while focusing on long-term goals.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams across regions and functions, fostering collaboration and driving impactful results.
* Skilled in engaging with and influencing senior leadership, providing insights and guidance to ensure alignment with organisational transformation goals.
