Job requirements:
* Ensuring compliance documents for HGV & LGV are kept accurate and up to date
* Scheduling compliance events for multiple large fleets with different requirements
* Leading a team of controllers and managing workloads to ensure all requirements are met on time
* Must have experience working in compliance in the commercial motor trade sector
* Must be a go-getter and have previous experience leading at least a small team
* Comfortable dealing with technical issues within the commercial vehicle sector
* PC literate including Excel and Microsoft Office
* Excellent interpersonal skills
