Job Description
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Manage and organise complex calendars
* Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
* Facilitate efficient communication between departments
* Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings
* Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field
* Previous experience in an EA role, ideally within a Not For Profit organisation
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other related software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
