Provide a Resourcing supportive service to managers of designated areas, providing advice and guidance on recruitment matters, such as; Recruitment and selection processes and procedures. Recruitment best practice. Relevant employment law guidance i.e. Equality Act 2010. Terms and conditions advice (e.g. annual leave, enhancements) Pay queries Co-ordinate and attend Medical interviews. Complete pre-employment clearances for Medical candidates. Arrange start dates for candidates and attend Trust Welcome Days to complete their ID verification.
