Description Oversee the visa compliance process to ensure adherence to all relevant immigration rules and regulations. Provide expert advice and guidance to the wider HR team on visa-related matters. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance. Train and mentor staff to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance procedures. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure visa considerations are factored into the hiring process. Conduct regular audits to review compliance and identify areas for improvement. Keep abreast of changes in immigration law and adapt policies accordingly. Manage and develop relationships with external bodies, including the Home Office.Profile A successful Visa Compliance Business Partner should have: A strong understanding of immigration laws and visa procedures.
