Your key responsibilities will include: Marketing and Content Creation Translate Our Services into a Compelling Website Work with our team (or external agencies) to create a clear, engaging, and user-friendly website that explains what we do and establishes Nobul as a leader in the recruitment industry. Content Development Develop and share relevant, high-quality content weekly across our socials and website—whether it's blogs, infographics, or thought-leadership pieces. Brand Positioning Amplify and refine Nobul's Talent brand to position us as thought leaders in the recruitment space. Help communicate our success metrics and value proposition to target clients. Sales Enablement Sales Toolkit Creation Create tools like case studies, email templates, and visuals to streamline our sales process and showcase client success stories. Event Management Set up and host engaging webinars, breakfast events, and workshops that focus on best recruitment practices and highlight Nobul’s innovative approach. Proactive Client Engagement Use social platforms to discover and directly engage with target clients. Follow up strategically via messaging or calls to generate leads.
