Key Responsibilities:
In your role as Senior Account Executive, you will:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the UK wine supplier sector, fostering trust and exceeding expectations.
* Travel regularly throughout the UK to attend key industry events, conferences, and/or trade shows, representing Bermar with confidence and professionalism.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving strategic growth within the team and overall business.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
* Lead and oversee various activities within the team, setting clear goals that contribute to the overall success of the department.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service and project execution.
* Provide insightful market analysis and competitor research to support informed decision-making.
Skills required:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, experience in the wine and/or hospitality industry is a bonus.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, long-term client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently represent the company at industry events.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
* Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement successful sales plans.
