Job Description
We are an expanding restaurant group with 3 more sister operations, and now looking for a Sous Chef used to a fast-paced operation and experienced in a similar role.
This is a high quality and high-volume restaurant operation serving luxury handmade pasta.
The ideal Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team of 12 to 15 chefs, as well as assist with kitchen administration tasks including ordering, payroll, and food costing.
The Sous Chef will work 45 hours per week over 5 days, and the role can start immediately if needed.
The Sous Chef basic annual salary is £42,000 per year and is negotiable depending on experience.
