Join Our Team as a Business Administration Apprentice!
Cheshire East Highways (CEH) is seeking an enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to support our Green Claims, Training, and Programme Teams. This hands-on apprenticeship offers the chance to gain valuable industry experience, develop professional skills, and earn a Level 3 Business Administration qualification within 18 months.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly, monitoring performance, and maintaining high-quality standards. Working closely with experienced professionals and key stakeholders, you’ll contribute to driving improvements across our operations.

The Role
* Assist with the administration of the Green Claims, Programme and Training teams
* Raising purchase orders for training requirements
* Arrange mandatory training for CEH staff
* Generate monthly training reports using multiple software systems
* Assist with updating team programmes and report any changes
* Experience of Microsoft systems (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, databases)
* English and Maths GCSE A*-C or 9-4
* Strong organisational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Passion and willingness to learn and develop new skills
Candidates who haven’t received their final results by the date of the assessment centre are still encouraged to apply as this can be discussed with hiring managers.
