Work Pattern:
Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Hours: 21.30-06.30
The unsocial hours premium applies to hours worked between 10pm and 6am.

Purpose:
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks while championing and promoting our products.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
2. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with products.
3. Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
6. Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
