* £35,000 per annum plus £2,400 service charge

Responsibilities as the Lounge Manager
* Ensuring the lunch and afternoon tea offerings within the lounges meet the hotel's exceptional standards.
* Leading, training, and developing the lounge team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
* Working closely with sales and F&B teams to maximise revenue opportunities and ensure events run efficiently and profitably.
* Maintaining the highest service standards, presentation, and attention to detail to uphold the hotels luxury reputation.
* Providing a personalised and professional approach to all services, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
