This is an exciting opportunity within the Planned Care Division, and we are looking for a Service Manager with a positive mindset who motivates and drives their teams forward with inspiration.
The Service Manager will display outstanding management skills, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be proactive and have the ability to engage with others, leading by example.
The post holder will be committed to developing others whilst focusing on their own personal development.

Main duties of the job
You will assist the Head of Operations in addressing the Trust’s strategic and operational agenda as it relates to the services concerned and will oversee day to day service management issues, liaising with departments and teams as required.
You will deputise for the Head of Operations as required.
The role requires an individual with a relevant professional qualification and experience in the management of people and services.
You will promote the service and manage partnership relations with stakeholders working with other Service Managers and Operational Managers.
You will plan and oversee the implementation of the service improvement and development agenda to meet the Elective Recovery national target.
You will ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards and contractual requirements ensuring regular reporting to all stakeholder groups as required by the Divisional Board.
