Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Site Financial Administrator to join our team in Elgin, working hybrid.
This is a temporary contract role with an estimated salary of £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and cost of living in the area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective management of site financial & purchasing systems, procedures, documentation and archiving, including the analysis, interpretation and generation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* SAP /Coupa administration for the management of purchase order requisitioner and order placement for all Malt Distilling sites
* Maintaining adherence to PtP processes for purchase order management
* Preparing monthly budget reports from SAP and supporting site management review of performance to budget
* Assisting sites with annual budget setting process
* Preparing the quarterly W21 HMRC task for sites and providing for site management to finalise and verify
Requirements:
* Certified qualification in business administration or equivalent
* Experience of working in a team and meeting the demands of a busy office environment
* Proficient in standard business software (MS Office) and Diageo packages (SAP, Coupa, Concur, Discoverer)
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills
* Ability to build/maintain strong relationships with site management teams and key stakeholders
