Our client is an established recruitment company with a multi-million-pound turnover, they have grown to become a well-known brand within the local marketplace as a provider of service excellence. They are a multi-sector recruitment business covering industrial, technical and engineering recruitment.
They are looking for a Branch Manager for their successful and established Wakefield branch.
As a company, they always aim to give clients and customers the best possible service and they have a strong fulfilment track record. As the new manager you will be expected to maintain the standards whilst leading by example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, servicing clients and delivering agreements. This is going to be a busy, hands-on role. You will take control of your P&L and ensure the branch is in shape to deliver. The role will report to the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you.
This role will suit a Branch Manager who is looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward-thinking, growing company or a Senior Consultant who is looking at taking their first step into a Managerial role but who has the desire to build something. You will be a natural business developer with a passion for leadership
