About the Role
As the Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be reporting to the Director of Homes and Wellbeing. You’ll be managing an experienced team of 5 Quality Assessors to lead our quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts.
You will be managing the integrated quality management system across our Homes and Wellbeing (HW) teams to ensure it is compliant with external accreditations, CQC, Ofsted and the Regulator of Social Housing and Ofsted and as defined by ISO 9001: 2017, 14001:2017 and 45001:2018.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Have previous experience within a Social Care or Health quality role that incorporates the implementation and expert knowledge of CQC standards, ideally the management and auditing of ISO standards and an understanding of Ofsted in the housing sector.
Have excellent stakeholder management practice and a proven business partnering approach
Have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and IT skills as well as being able to analyse and report on data.
Be confident to work autonomously and manage a team predominantly remotely.
A valid driving licence and regular access to a car is essential for this post.

Working Hours
This is a full time (35hrs per week) Monday to Friday agile role; working 1-2 days from the office in Nottingham per week and requiring flexibility to attend meetings or events outside of traditional office hours. We offer an excellent holiday and benefits package and the opportunity for personal development.
