You will
* Take ownership of the sales process, from booking meetings and running demos to leading discovery calls and closing deals.
* Be a collaborator that knows how to work together with Marketing, SDR's & Account Managers.
* Bring an open mindset that is ready to learn and implement feedback straight away.
* Manage a sales pipeline with an average deal size of £15-20K ACV and a 2-3 month sales cycle.
* Get to learn the ins and outs of MEDDIC and apply that knowledge to your sales cycles.
You bring
* 1+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience with proven closing success.
* A hustler mentality, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
* A "we win together" mindset that allows for collaboration and celebration of success
