Project Architectural Technologist required to join a recently established SME Architectural practice located in central Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Our client are a dynamic and ambitious architectural practice with a mission to grow and establish themselves as a market leader in the Architecture sector. The business is headed up by two experienced Directors who combine years of experience working across multiple sectors. They have created a fast-paced, collaborative environment and their team of 6 is now looking to expand with a strategic appointment for a Project Architectural Technologist.
The Project Architectural Technologist will have strong technical expertise and experience in RIBA Stages 4-5, focusing on production and delivery packages. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and grow within an evolving business where there will be plenty of opportunity for progression and working with freedom and autonomy.
Project Architectural Technologist Requirements
* Technical expertise in UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and delivery.
* Proficiency in Revit/BIM (training and in-house support available).
* Experience producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
* Ability to manage projects from detailed design through to construction.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
* Desire to become MCIAT – full support and sponsorship provided.
