You’ll lead the transformation of our 1 million sq ft. property portfolio, which represents an asset valued at c.£32m, creating state-of-the-art facilities that reflect our ambition to be the best place that any of us have ever worked. Reporting to the HR Chief Operating Officer, you’ll lead all elements of the Property and Facilities function. You will drive innovation, manage sustainability goals and create workspaces that meet the expectations of our diverse workforce and enable our colleagues to thrive. You will: Lead all Property and Facilities activities, working closely with senior leaders and the Board Develop and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional workplace experiences Shape and execute a property strategy that supports diverse ways of working and meets current and future workforce demands Explore opportunities to generate income from our property portfolio Develop technology used to improve efficiency and customer service Manage third-party suppliers to ensure excellent service and contractual compliance Take financial accountability for Premises capital and revenue budgets Champion our sustainability goals, driving the transition to carbon neutral by 2025 What are we looking for?
