As part of your role you will be a welcoming face to our visitors and help them start their experience and will work closely with our fantastic team of Visitor Reception staff and volunteers. We will support you every step of your journey by our Welcome Manager, who will be your line manager. They will guide you through your induction and make sure you have access to all training and development needs.Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information.
