Job Description
Salary £39,513 - £44,711 per annum | Fixed term - 12 month contract, Full time, 37 hours per week | Lancashire House, Accrington

If you have a strong background in training, excellent communication skills, and are passionate about all aspects of customer service, we want to hear from you! A key part of this role will involve helping our operational team provide the best possible experience in all aspects of customer service with a particular focus on supporting customers with available technology and promoting self-serve appropriately.
As our Training and Development Manager, you will create a strong and effective training program that helps support all colleagues within Customer Access to provide a better customer experience. You will play a key role in preparing and delivering training for Customer Access, ensuring the smooth transition of changes to service delivery.
