HSQE Advisor Days £40-43,000 Rochester About the Role As HSQE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensurin manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You'll be at the heart of driving continuous improvement, championing best practices, and creating a culture where safety and quality are paramount. Your Responsibilities: Health & Safety: Conduct risk assessments, audits, and training to ensure a safe workplace for all employees. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain product and process quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations. Environmental Stewardship: Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability. Compliance Management: Keep up to date with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the facility adheres to all relevant standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to identify and mitigate risks, foster engagement, and drive improvements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an HSQE role in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality systems, and environmental practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. NEBOSH or equivalent qualification (essential). ISO standards experience (ISO14001 and ISO9001). A proactive mindset and passion for driving positive change.
