The Role
As an Outdoor Learning Leader you will work as part of a team and individually to support, develop and engage children and young people to realise their abilities, aspirations and make a valuable contribution to their communities through Forest School and Outdoor Learning. You will be working across a number of projects which support young people in a variety of settings including New Park Farm, Totton, New Forest, Itchen Valley Country Park, Outdoor Learning Centre in Eastleigh and school sites.
Contract Type:Permanent, part time
Hours:18 to 32 hours per week; ranging from 8.30 to 5.30pm, 32 hours over 5 days
Location:Outdoor Learning Centre, Totton (Travel to other sites and schools required)
Report to:Team Leader
Salary:£23,809.50 starting salary, pro rata
