Permanent part time position (3 days per week) Based at Blackburn however may be required to work from other locations on occasion Your new role We are seeking an enthusiastic administration professional who will enjoy working close to home primarily at our Blackburn office. The position is part time (45.6 hours per fortnight), working during office hours 9.00am to 5.06pm. Key responsibilities of the Administration Officer include: Reception coverage; assisting clients and stakeholders with enquiries at reception and over the phone in a timely manner General office administration; proactively keeping all office functions working efficiently Meeting coordination; invitations, room bookings, agendas and minute taking Program support; supporting program staff with administrative tasks and maintaining client databases as required Your skills and experience To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having extensive experience in reception and/or office administration roles. Qualifications in Administration or previous experience in a human services organisation would be advantageous. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously to support a range of busy teams, while maintaining efficient office functions and site-specific administration requirements.
