The Role
Delivery of all Carbon60 corporate solutions, ensuring SLA/KPIs and contractual obligations are met/exceeded as well as ensuring positive satisfaction levels from both client and candidates. Ensuring all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Carbon60 DNA. Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all client hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
2. Obtain market data and advise hiring managers at point of recruitment plan and obtain commitment on interview availability, ensuring information on absences or other potential delays are noted - managing expectations, requesting future forecasting data and obtaining SLA exception sign-off should requirements be identified as difficult to fill from outset
3. Ensure the implementation of all client specific processes and procedures which must be complied with by internal and external support
4. Liaise with internal support staff to ensure timely implementation of contractual and financial matters
5. Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers to ensure the timely supply of quality CV's to the client - educating them to best practice and encouraging them to ensure competitiveness
