Service and After Sales Technical Support Landia UK Ltd are looking to fill the above position to support our busy service department. Landia UK Ltd was established in 1994 and has a strong position in Wastewater, Biogas, Agriculture and Industrial markets. As a minimum, the applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, have a technical background to be able to handle customers’ daily spare parts/unit requests and be able to work on their own initiative. The successful applicant will need to be open-minded, self-motivated, have good organizational skills and be willing to take on a variety of duties involved within the Service Department. Duties include; Stock control, goods in/out, assessing repair and services quotes/orders and the creation of RAMS for all service sites (full training will be provided).
