Right now, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help amplify our voice, engage our community, and support our network of ambassadors. If you’re passionate about the outdoors, have a knack for community and relationship-building, and know your way around a social post or two, you might be just the person we need The Role: As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activity (including social media channels), working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team to help execute and develop campaign plans, alongside nurturing relationships with our ambassador network across the Alpkit and Sonder brand. You’ll help to share stories, support ambassadors with their latest and greatest projects, and work closely with the marketing team to spread the word about all things Alpkit. From coordinating with press and influencers to organising events, you’ll play a vital role in building an engaged community around our brand. This role is all about connection, creativity, and bringing our brand to life across platforms and through real-world adventures. What You’ll Do: Be the main point of contact for Ambassadors – support Alpkiteer and Sonder Riders with their projects, provide gear, and help amplify their stories across Alpkit channels, and tie-in to brand campaigns. Build and nurture relationships with press and social creators to increase coverage of Alpkit in earned media. Coordinate our involvement in events – both Alpkit-hosted and third-party – ensuring everything runs smoothly and the Alpkit vibe shines through. Identify new partnership opportunities and work with community groups, from the Alpkit Foundation to other outdoor groups and brands, expanding our reach and building our network. Write and share press releases and community stories to boost our visibility in outdoor publications and digital spaces. Grow our community on social media by engaging with customers, sharing stories, and connecting with potential ambassadors. Track budgets and partnerships for Alpkiteer support and monitor brand mentions and engagement. What We’re Looking For: Relationship-builder with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people. Outdoor enthusiast and/or cyclist – understanding our products and audience will be key Great communicator who can bring our stories to life in a way that feels personal and engaging. Organised and proactive, with experience in a fast-paced retail or events environment. Sustainability-minded with an appreciation for our values and mission.
