Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead and drive our growth marketing strategy. This role will oversee all outbound sales campaigns, inbound lead generation, and digital marketing efforts to fuel sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing high-impact marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and scaling customer acquisition through innovative digital strategies. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to accelerate top-line revenue growth and increase customer engagement. Key Accountabilities Outbound Sales Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns to generate high-quality leads and opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging, identify ideal customer profiles, and optimise lead nurturing tactics. Manage the end-to-end process of outbound initiatives, including email campaigns, cold calling strategies, LinkedIn outreach, and direct mail efforts. Analyse campaign performance and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI. Inbound Lead Generation o Lead and optimise inbound lead generation efforts through content marketing, SEO, paid media, webinars, events, and partnerships. o Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to attract and convert leads at various stages of the funnel. o Oversee the creation of compelling landing pages, blog content, and resources that drive organic search traffic and engagement. o Ensure lead capture processes, scoring models, and nurturing workflows are effective and aligned with the sales pipeline. Digital Marketing Oversight Lead the digital marketing strategy across channels including search (PPC), social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Collaborate with a team of digital marketers and agencies, ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions. Implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and conversion rates. Monitor and analyse KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Brand Direction Oversee the development and execution of messaging across advertising, social media, website, PR and customer-facing materials. Partner with product development teams to ensure new products or services align with the brand. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to maintain a cohesive brand experience across the entire customer journey. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned and driving revenue goals. Work with the product and customer success teams to understand customer pain points, product features, and to drive customer retention through marketing. Lead the creation of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key promotional activities. Maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends, adjusting strategies as needed. Analytics & Reporting Own and manage performance metrics for all marketing campaigns, regularly reporting on progress against key growth targets. Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance. Build and maintain dashboards to report on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and channel performance. Budget Management & Strategy Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across inbound and outbound channels. Evaluate and prioritise marketing investments based on expected ROI and impact on overall growth objectives. Oversee third-party agencies, contractors, and partners to execute campaigns effectively while staying within budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not a must. 7 years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing outbound sales campaigns, inbound lead generation, and digital marketing. Proven track record in scaling customer acquisition and driving growth in B2B or B2C environments. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and the integration of marketing automation with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). Expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media, and email marketing. Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.), A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams. Additional Information What can you expect of us?
